Young Engineers Shape the World (YESW)

Young Engineers Shape the World is a two-year program offered by Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering for high school students to view engineering as a socially relevant profession. Engineers constantly discover ways to improve our lives by creating bold new solutions that connect science to life in unexpected, forward-thinking ways. Aimed at attracting high school sophomores seeking to earn a degree at the Fulton Schools, this program seeks to increase the representation of women in engineering.
