Give Your Time as a Volunteer or Mentor

As a volunteer or mentor, you will introduce engineering practices to future generations through supporting one of our signature events or by mentoring students in school-based programs.

From a one-time commitment to ongoing mentorship programs, we have opportunities to fit your schedule. Some examples include:

  • FIRST LEGO League Qualifiers & State Tournament: a half or full day on Saturdays
  • EPICS High Mentor: sixty to ninety-minute visits twice a month with one or more classrooms
  • Young Engineers Shape the World: a two-hour panel discussion
  • Guest speaker at SPARK or Girls Make-a-Thon events
