The information on this page applies only to the following camps: FIRST LEGO League (all levels), Coding, Circuits, Virtual Reality, and Winds vs. Solar Energy.

We believe that every child who wishes to participate in Fulton Summer Academy should be able to attend regardless of financial situation. We are able to provide a limited number of need-based scholarships each summer up to 75% of the registration cost. Scholarship applications must be submitted at the time of online registration (begins February 4, 2020). Application requirements are listed below.

Scholarship Guidelines

    1. All scholarship awards are need-based and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until all funds for the season have been disbursed. Highest priority will go to children whose family income is at or below our income eligibility guidelines. However, consideration will be given to any family that expresses need. If you feel your family qualifies for a camp scholarship, please apply. The information in your application is kept confidential and will be used for the sole purpose of establishing financial need.

      Income Eligibility

      Persons in Family/Household

      Maximum Annual Household Income

    2. Although we try to meet the needs of all families, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide your child with a full or partial scholarship.
    3. In order to properly evaluate your request, you are required to submit documents that support financial need. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The only acceptable documents are:
        • Most recent employer-issued W-2 or Independent Contractor 1099 Form
        • Proof of federal benefits like food stamps, free or reduced lunch certification, SSI, and Medicaid
    4. In order to extend scholarships to as many students as we can, scholarship awards are limited to one week of camp per student.
    5. Please list all financial circumstances that you would like to have considered as a basis for awarding this scholarship.

Scholarship Timeline

Starting March 15th, all completed applications are reviewed in the order they are received to confirm financial need.

Approved applicants must accept awards and arrange payment of balance within three business days of scholarship approval or the award may be redistributed.
