Virtual Winter Camps

Enrich your winter break by engaging in engineering design challenges and activities. You can join us from any location. Whichever camp you choose, you are sure to gain new knowledge and/or enhance your skills and be prepared to create, design, build, and engineer! 

Students must have access to a computer with reliable high-speed internet connection. Students are also strongly encouraged to have a web camera to be used for team meetings and interactive sessions.

Scholarship information will be available on November 1st.

FIRST LEGO League Explore – Playmakers (Grades 1-4)

Campers will use the FLL Explore Inspire set (779 pieces!) to build a variety of different models that create new, fun ways to get everyone moving.

Cost: $150 includes all LEGO supplies

LEGO Power Functions – Machines and Mechanisms (Grades 5-8)

Design, build, and control a variety of different machines and mechanisms using LEGO technic pieces and power functions motors and remote control. Campers will build a variety of vehicles and mechanisms that can be powered autonomously or with a remote control. Builds include: Drawing robot, XY plotter, several different car designs, scissor lifts, and more.

Coding with Python (Grades 3-8)

Interested in learning one of the world’s most popular and versatile programming languages? This three-day introduction will teach you the basics of writing code in Python through a series of workshops and activities.

Campers are encouraged to know division and inequalities before registering for this session.
