Girls Make-A-Thon

Girls Make-A-Thon (9th-12th): Saturday, October 20th, 2018 

Registration Opens September 1. 2018

Come join us for a day of MAKING! Learn what it takes to MAKE a CAREER in engineering, MAKE and broaden your NETWORKS, and DESIGN and MAKE a solution to the Make Challenge. 4th–12th grade girls are invited to attend the Girls Make-a-thon where you will engage with engineering women both in industry and at the university including ASU women faculty and students.

Following registration, you will need to submit consent forms for each participant signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Girls Make-A-Thon Workshop Proposals

Are you interested in shaping the next generation of female engineers? Join the Fulton Schools of Engineering K12 Engineering Education and Outreach team at the 2018 Girls Make-A-Thon event for high school students! We are looking for workshop and presentation proposals for 40 minute sessions.

Girls Make-A-Thon will be Saturday, October 20th from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. The workshops will take place from 10:30 AM-12:00 PM. Workshop presenters are encouraged to participate in activities for the entire day but it is not required. Workshop presenters must be available for the entire workshop duration. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
