ASU Homecoming Block Party

Homecoming attractions presented by ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering showcases an array of hand-on activities, demonstrations, and displays to excite and engage family and children of all ages into the world of engineering. It will feature some of the most promising advances in harnessing solar power being developed though Quantum Energy and Sustainable Solar Technologies (QESST), a National Science Foundation/Department of Energy Engineering Research Center based at ASU. Additional exhibits and interactive demonstrations will focus on other renewable energy sources, a concrete canoe, video game development, racecar design, the design and building of steel bridges, rockets and satellites, and much more!
All branches of engineering will be represented – from civil, environmental, electrical, chemical and mechanical to aerospace, materials, computer science, computer systems and biomedical engineering to construction engineering and construction management – painting a panorama of the many advancements engineers bring to the world
